Der Gedanke mit HOBOVILLE ein neues Label unter dem Dach von Flying Dolphin Entertainment zu etablieren, entstand vor dem Hintergrund, dass es unter den Musikliebhabern ein stetig wachsendes Bedürfnis an ehrlichen, handgemachten Songs gibt. HOBOVILLE legt sich dabei auf keine Stilrichtung fest, sondern vereint solch unterschiedliche Genres, wie Blues, Gospel oder Americana unter einem Dach. Das einzige Kriterium ist hierbei schlicht und einfach GUTE MUSIK! Als erste Veröffentlichung ging Ende 2022 das Weihnachtsalbum der „Ohio City Singers“, „Love & Hope“,  in die Historie von HOBOVILLE ein. Als zweite Veröffentlichung gab es Austin Walkin’ Cane’s Album “Muscle Shoals“ im März 2023.

The idea to establish HOBOVILLE as a new label under the umbrella of Flying Dolphin Entertainment was born out of the fact that there is a growing need for honest, handmade songs among music lovers. HOBOVILLE does not stick to one style, but unites such different genres as Blues, Gospel or Americana under one roof. The only criterion here is simply GOOD MUSIC! As the first release, the Christmas album of the „Ohio City Singers“, „Love & Hope“, went down in the history of HOBOVILLE at the end of 2022. The second release was Austin Walkin‘ Cane’s album „Muscle Shoals“ in March 2023.
